I have this warranty, paid off in full. I don't like this company, very misleading, when you or the mechanic call to place a claim you're left on hold for very long periods of time. They're supposed to pay for your oil change,they left Firestone on hold for 45 minutes so I paid myself. I finally got in contact with them and I sent the information they requested and they did send a check, but it was for much less than I paid for the oil change. When I took out the warranty they answer right away. There is a different # for claims which is a very long wait for help. They also told me I had the top tier warranty, I called now I'm being told things aren't covered. That they have started a new warranty and I can purchase another warranty with them when I already have one. If I had it to do again, I wouldn't go with this company. I lost out on 1700 dollars because no mechanic by my way in Brooklyn newyork don’t deal with oxcare so I had to cancel my coverage I invested 1700 and didn’t use there services there’s a lot of mechanics in newyork that’s not ase certified its wrong I think that I should get some money back. They even recommended a shop that wasn’t ase certified just to keep me paying but lucky I called the shop and said they weren’t ase certified

I have been going back and forth with OX Care regarding canceling my plan. I have only had the plan for less than a month and have put just 600 miles on my vehicle. I don't need this coverage they harassed and call me for weeks to get a plan with them.

I was informed that I cannot cancel unless I provide proof that I do not have the vehicle or show that i no longer need it well i thought me telling them i don't need it would be enough nope. I do not understand why this is required in order to cancel a service I no longer need. I am simply requesting that my plan be canceled effective immediately.

I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and pursuing further action as necessary.

Keep getting text for Ox Car Care even after I added our numbers to the Do Not Call Registry. I have reported this and will continue to document any further text

They didn't send me the documents as promised, didn't reveal the total cost or the customer percentage of payment on repairs during the initial contact, didn't provide me with a correct mailing address for submission of my cancellation, did not wait the 30 day review period before starting charges, didn't respond to my email regarding cancellation, have not issued a refund for the payment charged. Calls to the company regarding this matter have gotten no further than the operator and no one has returned my calls as requested.

I wish I could leave them 0 starts and just the review! This unorganized company and all their third party mess are some money hungry people. I’ve had work done on my truck where I done had to come out of pocket because it certainly parts my truck needed cleaners bolts etc for my repair that they did not cover so after paying out of pocket $998 (and I also had their PLATINUM package). These folks didn’t even have the decency to defer my payment until the following month considering I was paying for rentals and rides for OVER a month while they decide whether they’d fix the part that was CLEARLY covered under my contract. Then I submitted a reimbursement for my rental I had and they didn’t even complete that as was covered under my contract but they closed my account after I couldn’t pay for th month instead of being decent humans to understand I just forked up more money getting back...
