If it was possible give this company negative stars, it wouldn’t be good enough. I have read the reviews and agree with all negative reviews. Obviously, the only persons making a positive review are possibly the people being ask to review by Ox. This is the most unprofessional and unethical company ever. They left us hanging for over a month over an air conditioner repair. Beware - you have no access to your car once you take it to the shop. Trust me they get in no rush approving the repairs. I called every day to check on the status They would tell me every day there were 75+ claims ahead of mine that needed to be reviewed. I was also told they only had one guy - Rusty - who approved claims. He finally approved the repairs. They then tried to scam the shop and refused to pay for the repairs. The shop threatened legal action and then they paid. Our repair shop refuses to do...

Scam company - they denied all claims, i had 2 times requested. All times they denied do not correctly explaining what's is the reason.
Both times I paid out of pocket both times over $2000
They do not care and cover you at all, poor customer service as well.
