This is the worst company to work with for any small business. Their claims team take 2 weeks to give authorization and then make you hold for hours while waiting on someone to answer the phone. The payment side is even worse. Nobody, knows how you get paid for the work completed under good faith. Then 3 weeks later the claim is still not paid even after the email as requested for payment. You have to call them once more to seek the payment from a credit card. Then they tell you it is an AMX card. They have no other payment options for small business that do not take American Express Cards. Then they tell you that the will mail a check within two more weeks. This claim is still not paid at 6 weeks completion. Poor customer service, poor payment center, and we will never waste our time and money calling these people again. Wish there was an option for 0 stars to be given.

Classic bait and switch. They advertise and show on their website free oil changes. When you apply for reimbursement they only cover up to $60 for an oil change. Since when does free not mean free? Their customer service tells you one thing, claims tells you another, sales will tell you anything to sell you the polucy.

Ridiculous to deal with when trying to cancel a policy!!! Absolutely do not advise using them! Easy process to give them money but have to jump through so many hoops to cancel!

I wish I could give Ox Car Care a negative 5. They didn’t honor the contract,they denied the claim due to pre existing conditions,because I added coolant, I only had the car 1yr,car has 48k miles and very well maintained. Who determines pre existing? I have the diamond plan,and was told they would repair everything but that’s not the case,you have to read in between the lines in the contract “they will replace a seal only if the entire shaft is broken”. This is a scam and at this point “useless”, because everything will be considered “pre existing”, scam ,scam,scam!!!
