This is the worst company they dont fulfill there warranty there scammers and frauds I already reported them to the bbb dont get them cause im still waiting on my refund which is 55 days past there 50 day refund return so again dont deal with this company unfortunately In order to have this post I have to leave a star they dont deserve it im just happy I canceled before it got worst i payed 5 months and them stalling my money back prorated is a joke customer service sucks im with sprout and endurance I highly recommend them at least they have people to talk to and get answers and they stand with there coverage
I contacted them today 12/9/25 regarding my refund and now im getting more excuses not send me my money back i spoke to this guy Alex ext 2582 and he said to me that its longer than 50 days cause im on a list of people to get refunded I was never told this nor was this...
