I have been with Ox Care for the past year and I have been paying every month and I had an issue with my car and needed it to be fixed. My AC went out along with wheel bearings. It got approved to be paid and I have be waiting to get paid out the claim since Aug-sept. The shop still haven't received payment for the services or my car. The is the worst place i have ever experienced and the customer service is horrible as well. I have called over 10 times to get it resolved and it is still not been paid for my vehicle. The mechanic has call several times as well for payment and no one has called them back. Its been over 3 months . There no mangers on duty for anyone to talk to or no one in the claims department can tell me when it is going to be paid out. They told me two weeks that it should be paid out and it is still not paid out yet. Fred Clark

Unfortunately, I bought an extended warranty from these people and then cancel because I found a better deal with some other car warranty company. Initially for the first one month after cancellation, I got tons of postal mails and probably 50 to 60 calls that year even though I kept telling them that I already have a different car warranty company.

And it’s been a couple of years since that unfortunate day when I bought the extended warranty and cancelled from them, Even today, I get maybe 300 - 400 calls a year And sometimes 2 to 3 calls per day.

See if you really want to buy a warranty then you should buy from these people, but God forbid if you decide to cancel at some point you will get calls from them nonstop for the rest of your life.
