This is the worst business on the planet. They had me pay $25 a piece for 2 warranty contracts to review then told me I had 30 days to decide if I wanted it. They withdrew the money for the warranty before I even received the paperwork. I called and told them I don't want it, that's bad business. They said ok we'll refund your money. Time went pass I called and then was told I had to send in paperwork stating to cancel. I did and they told me it would take 60 days, this was in July. I kept calling and was being told it was pending. I called yesterday and was told that my refund was denied. I asked why and was told no reason was given. I then asked to talk to a manager and was told no matter who I talked to, I would be told the same. So I got an attorney involved. So don't do business with them at all
