Don't know yet haven't had to use my warranty.

I talked to one in order to cancel my contract. I am assuming my contract is canceled. Please see that mine is canceled. Thank you.

Nothing but a scam.
Ox Car Care has no problem taking my money every month. Thankfully,
never had to use them
for a serious claim. If I did I'd have been in real trouble. Only time I've ever opened up claims was for maintenance such as oil changes.
Not once do they just send you the check. Their staff is clueless.
I've been waiting 2 months for reimbursement.
Every time I call it's a different answer always ending with it's still pending. Pending on what? Worst experience with an extended warranty I've ever had. Next time I'll pay a little bit more and use the dealer's warranty. Ox Car Care you are the worst. I will never recommend you to anyone.

I never received my policy I therefore canceled the policy they did not refund my initial payment which they said they would and now they call me numerous times a day. They said they would send an email on canceling and how to
Recover my payment but of course I never received it. I would like to receive my refund please direct this to someone who will actually help me.

If I could give -0 stars I would. This company is the absolute worse. Files a claim on August 22, 2025, this company refused to approve and kept telling us it would be 3-5 business days for approval. Apparently managers don't speak to customers. Staff is rude and never have consistant answers and after many phone calls from myself, my husband and our machanic from AAA until the day after we went to court on October 23 (car still in the shop waiting for approval) for suing them for their breach of contract to which they never showed up for but miracullously, they offered our machanic half of the total cost of the repair. Not to mention during this time there were medical issues and work related issues because of how we had to now maneuver with this missing vehicle. Needless to say, they defaulted by not showing up and we won our judgement in court. Disguting company! Run as fast as...
