Ox Care is a horrible company. They are not honest and dodge any and all questions when it comes to their responsibility to timely customer service. You wait on hold forever while it keeps telling you that your call will be answered in 15 seconds. I waited 20 minutes and I never was answered. They always say it will be another 3-5 business days to get an answer for your claims. It has now been over 3 weeks and I still do not have an approval or a denial of claims! They hold your vehicle hostage with no care or concern to try to expedite it or let you speak to a manager if you feel that your claim is not being handled appropriately. They give you no information as to what is going on either and you can not speak to the adjuster at all even if you have questions. Horrible company that has repetitive phrases " it will be another 3-5 business days before we get an update on your claim". They have held my truck hostage for over 3 weeks and still have not approved or denied my claim. I need my truck but I can't go get the truck or they will deny my claim. If you call the customer service you get the phrase "your call will be answered in 15 seconds." There is not a manager to speak to if you feel that you are not being treated well or that you feel your claim is not being handled well. Working with Ox has been a total nightmare!!! After waiting for a month to find out if they would cover the necessary repairs that their inspector said we needed, Ox Car Care DENIED coverage for the work. Run as fast as you can from this scam of a company!
