Good.

I am a service advisor at an independent repair facility. Ox Car Care is by far one of the worst experiences I've had dealing with an extended warranty company.

I submitted paperwork including customer supplied repair history over two weeks ago and am still waiting for approval or denial from Ox. If the vehicle leaves the shop it voids the warranty.

When I originally called to begin the claim process, the intake person did not start a claim for all items, and told me literally "I have 12 calls in queue, I don't have time to talk about this."

This customer has been in limbo waiting for a response from Ox for almost three weeks at this point. When I can to discuss it I am sent to a call center which can't answer questions, then put on hold indefinitely.

I’m a repair facility. I call every day to get paid for a claim. They give me an excuse. This has been going on for a month and a half just want to paid for the work I have done. I do not recommend this service.

If I could leave zero stars I would, I started the policy 07/31 canceled it the day after on 08/01 called in to cancel but that wasn’t all I had to do, they had me send an email to cancel as well, got atleast 30 calls and texts “regarding my account” so whenI called in rude reps continued to tell me that those calls and texts were the automated system and today 08/29 they charged my card for a payment for a policy I canceled almost a month ago. And my reason for canceling in the first place was because of all the bad reviews to begin with! I should’ve listened to the bad reviews and never started the policy in the first place

The only good reviews they get are the ones from where people are obtaining a policy with them of course they’re friendly when they’re about to take your money and not hold up to their end of the deal. This company is a scam, reps are RUDE when...

Worse aftermarket insurance ever
