OX Car Care™

We were told over the phone that the issue with our vehicle would be covered. We dropped off our vehicle and waited for the repair facility and Ox Care to coordinate the repair. And waited, we were then told after almost 2 weeks we were waiting for the adjuster to go to the repair facility to authorize the repair. After numerous calls between Ox Care and the repairs facility with Ox Care claiming that we were waiting for the adjuster to arrive Ox claimed that they had sent out a email to us and the repair facility claiming that the repair wasn’t going to be covered. And the adjuster had never even been to the repair facility or even called them. Neither us or the repair facility had ever received the email that they had sent, and we weren’t told the repair wasn’t covered until yet another phone call.
