OX Car Care™

My truck has been at the shop for OVER A MONTH NOW and OX CARCARE still has not approved or denied the claim! I have called and emailed them SEVERAL times asking why its taking so long and the ONLY info im given is that the claim is in the "final consideration" status for a couple of weeks now. They couldn't tell me how to get in touch with the adjuster for my claim and refused to escalate the call when requested! Now over a month in im still sitting and waiting on them to make a decision and FYI this has been the longest most stressful claims process I've ever encountered! Definitely NOT a "seamless" process as they promise on their website! Disgusted!

I talked to Alonzo and recieved service but I ended up cancelling service found better price. Emailed 4 times says invalid does not recongnize email, so called in 3 times. First asked me why, I told him then says hold to go to cancellation and I waited on telephone for 30 min nothing. Called again another guy was ask same ?, told send me cancellation, he kept in going on, so I said send me to your supervisor he hung up on me. Called again could not get thru to cancell my service for a month already ansld today look at my bank and u billed me again. You guys wanted my service but nobody can help you for anything. My car repair shop submitted a claim on August 22, 2025 for the repair of my vehicle. As of September 23, the claim is still "under review". Multiple telephone calls to the claims department, customer service and the resolution department have all been in vain over the last 4 weeks. No one has offered a reason why the claim is taking so long and the resolution department offered me two choices: cancel my policy and pay for the repair myself or keep waiting. I have been without my vehicle for 4 weeks and counting. Even after contacting the Better Business Bureau, Ox Car Care sent me an email saying that a manager would contact me shortly, I am still waiting...... I have spoken to your company no less than 6 times trying to get an answer. Your reply to this email is unacceptable because you know that I have contacted you multiple times already and after speaking with 9...
