At first this seemed like a good deal with joining these guys but now im starting to reconsider. I dropped my f150 of at a dealer cause the alternator was going out and a new one was gonna be 6-700 dollars so I decided to send off since my deductible was only 250. Its been about 2 weeks and I still have not heard anything other than we dont have a time frame and it could be another week to 2 weeks about approving the repair. Even the service manager that took my truck in agrees that these guys were not so easy to deal with. Ive worked in a dealer as a tech and I know how long it takes to approved a repair. Considered if it takes a whole month to approve a REPLACEMENT OF A ALTERNATOR i will be more than disappointed. Im seriously starting to wonder if I should have just paid for a new alternator and replace it myself. Now dont get me wrong most of the customer service people I talked...

Several unsuccessful attempts to get paid on an authorized claim. We are just told "we are in queue" with no additional information. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

This is a horrible warranty company. I had a claim put in for tie rods and an axle. I constantly got told it would take 3-5 business days to complete. It has been 7 days and I have yet to get a result on my claim. This is the first time putting in a claim and this is unacceptable. I am very disappointed. I will never sign up with them again. I am thankful that is not my engine or transmission cause I would have waited any longer to get around and would have had to pay a lot of money for rental fees. They lies about how long the process takes and do not have no explanation why it is taking that long to complete. I will never sign up or recommend this company to no one
