Oxcar care is not the company they appear to be they have had a claim on my daughters car for almost 2 months and they still have not not done anything and when u call they hang up in your face or get smart with u and tell you it’s going to be 30 more days til they get an answer. So I will never refer anyone to this company ever again. I have have them turn down 3 people that I have referred saying they can’t fix they car and when they went to endurance everything was fix. Oxcar care does not hold up to there agreement

I have been without a vehicle for over two months for taking it in regarding an AC leak. Ox care care kept asking for more information over and over again and now they have it. Well claim has been in “review” for three weeks and when you ask for a manager they say they don’t have one. You ask for someone higher up and they say they don’t have anyone higher. This company is a joke and so is their process. If I ever get my vehicle back I’m immediately cancelling this contract. Biggest mistake of my life.

I have had Ox car care for about Two plus years and the first time I had to use the warranty in 2022 it took them over a month to process my claim. I had to call them every day for an update and be the go between for Ox and the dealership. I had another issue on December 18th 2024 with the Rear differential and exhaust manifold the dealership had my 2015 Ram 1500 for three weeks waiting on Ox to make a decision about the warranty. I had to call Ox every day for an update and gather all of the information they need from the dealership several times as if I worked for Ox. As a result of all that time they Denied my claims and I had to pay $2800.00 out of pocket so why do I even need Ox if I have to pay for the work myself. OX IS UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST, and A SORRY EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY. I had another issue with my truck and they wanted to replace the plastic radiator with a used one...
