I started the KETO change of life on January 3 2018. My previous lifestyle with eating was very overwhelming and extremely burdensome. I was experiencing some crazy sugar problems which led me to diving into a world filled with carbs and sugar. My blood sugar would drop if I failed to eat every couple of hours. Needless to say I was putting on quite a few unwanted pounds. Before I knew it I was at 245 lbs. I was getting depressed about the fact I had revolved my life around food, instead of the more important things. Today is January 29 and I am currently weighing in at 220. My mind is blown at how effective this KETO lifestyle has changed my whole life. I am really amazed how I can still enjoy my favorite meals and still loose weight, and feel full.
