While saddened that Dr. Olsen is no longer practicing at Osprey Polyclinic, she diligently transitioned me to Dr. Diana Roman at Osprey Polyclinic. Dr. Diana Roman is talented and wonderful. I am most impressed with her constant effort to drill down on the issue and she takes the time to analyze and thoughtfully treat me. Her medical assistant, Haley, is organized and very personable. The rest of the staff is excellent too! Still 5 stars Osprey Polyclinic! :)

When our Healthcare provider of 15+ years abruptly closed their office, my husband and I were referred to Osprey Polyclinic. My prior health records are not accessible to me, and I've tried all avenues suggested. I had hoped Osprey Polyclinic would help, but they will not.
Dr. Roman has seen us both - establishing us as new patients. She has been very thorough. Explained test results etc. She has offered advice to continue a healthy lifestyle.
We hope that this professional relationship continues.

We had a very good experience from check-in, to our visit, to check-out. The office is efficiently run with short wait time. The nurse, & especially the doctor, spent time getting to know us & our concerns. Dr Cormie even called our previous neurologist to consult while we were there.
My husband ended up in the hospital & communications with the nurse & Dr were excellent! After he came home we had a follow up video consult as well. I felt heard, seen, listened to, & reassured. Dr Cormie was absolutely the best choice for us. It goes a long way when you are finally in bed trying to clear your mind & get some rest, it's one less thing to worry about.
