I had an excellent experience with Dr. Olsen and their entire office staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. The front desk team was efficient, courteous, and well-organized—appointments ran on time, and the check-in process was smooth.
Dr. Olsen is not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly attentive. The office itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a calming atmosphere that puts you at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Olsen to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate healthcare provider. It’s rare to find a practice that combines professionalism with such a personal touch.

I'm almost afraid to let the word get out because I would like to keep her all to myself, but Dr. Cormie is wonderful!! She spent more time with me, and was more thorough in one visit than my old neurologist was in 2.5 years! I felt heard, and she took all of my symptoms into consideration to look at the big picture. Kind and caring she followed up with me after my visit as well. I don't think they get much better than her. All of the people I encountered at Osprey Poly Clinic were so nice and helpful too.

Feels like going to an old fashioned doc! Dr. Josephine Olsen is an outstanding listener and is filled with empathy and a wealth of knowledge.The phlebotomist hit my vein which are in bad shape on the first try...pleasant people surround the physicians and specialists are being added to the staff as we speak. Radiology on site. Try it...you will be back to real medical practice once again instead of timed visits as per the owners of some largemulti-physician groups. Bobbi retired RN

Our family loves the doctors and staff here. When I visited for my routine physical we were admitted right away. Doctor Olsen was very knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns. The facility is very clean and well organized. Finally, I like that many services are under one roof so that I got my blood work and imaging done here as well.

Dr. Diana Roman, the front office staff, and medical assistants here are all phenomenal. Quick and easy to make an appointment, no wait time, and you can tell everyone here truly cares about their patients' experience and health. It was the most comprehensive annual I've ever had—such a knowledgeable doctor. I'll be seeing other specialists here and know I'll be in good hands!
