I scheduled them for our summer home up in the Great Lakes region, based upon customer reviews. I prefer a professional cleaning service because of reliability, and an office to communicate with. I have not seen their work for this first clean, but appreciated the texting ability, email responsiveness, reminders sent which include the photo of who is cleaning and the professionalism.
