The ladies who came to clean were pleasant and professional. The first to arrive was almost an hour later than scheduled appointment followed by a cleaning partner who arrived later. Both were friendly and got right at cleaning overall, they did a very nice job and I was pleased with their performance and outcome. I noticed a few areas that were missed for dusting but I will ask them next time. Overall, I am pleased with their work. I did think it would have taken less time.

I did just go into the back guest room for the first time in a month and found that during my last standard cleaning and the first deep cleaning two weeks ago no one dusted the fan, the table we keep cat food on or dusted either window sill. I will be sure to point out these when the next cleaner comes. I do tip $10 per hour to the cleaner and expect these things to be automatically complete, without my checking in them, especially during the first deep cleaning.
