After going through a bad experience with my last cleaning person, I called Erica with a desperate plea in June (one week before my first renter) to help me with this summer's cottage turnovers. From the very first meeting, Erica has been extremely professional, thorough, kind, reliable and patient. Everything that could go wrong with my cottage this summer has, including a mice issue, missing renter gift baskets, a renter leaving a stained quilt without a replacement, a plumbing issue requiring Orchard to open the house for a plumber, etc. etc. Erica did not skip a beat and handled all of these issues perfectly, which clearly went above and beyond the duties of a cleaning company. She and her staff do a great job cleaning the cottage and notifying me when they are done (so my renters can check in early).
