Hi, I don’t like giving negative feedback, especially given how nice you both were. However we were actually quite disappointed with the result this time. Two fly screens on the south side were not cleaned at all, and left on the ground. Also the larger windows on the west side were unsatisfactorily cleaned, many smudge marks and streaks. For $470 I thought the job was expensive but if it had been a great job I would have accepted that. Based on this I could not recommend you to others, which is disappointing given we were very impressed last time. Sorry Dave, but this is our honest feedback, Gerry

Hi Geraldine, Thank you for your honest review. When cleaning windows near the coast,at times salt can that is trapped underneath the top of the frame can release and run down on the surface of the glass after we have left.
