NWA Restore It

A water line busted at my house while I was out of town. With one phone call, Nwa Restore It was on it! I could enjoy the rest of my vacation knowing they had it handled. Came back to a fully dried out home! They did a great job documenting the process and made it super easy to work with my insurance on the rebuild.

After a tornado damaged my home on 5-26-24 I called NWA Restore It! They do everything and they do it right the first time. My siding was installed very well. They remounted my security camera and it works great, they replaced rotten wood behind my siding, replaced a door, and rain gutter. Also the work crews were extremely hard working, polite, respectful, and cleaned up the whole time. Nothing and I mean nothing was left for me to do. They also have excellent prices. The entire office staff is amazing. You call them and you will get the information that you need. I can’t recommend them enough. Call them you won’t regret it. Five Stars all the way!

A recent storm caused some water damage in our laundry room ceiling, and I contacted one company that did not listen to me or read the insurance estimate documents I provided.
Then, I saw the good reviews on NWA Restore It, and contacted them. Not only did they listen thoroughly to me, they went above and beyond - first, telling me it would take two days for the repair, but their workers diligently worked for a 9-hour day and got it done IN ONE DAY!!
They even sent an inspector to check progress halfway through the job and again on the day after repairs were made. The office person texted me to keep me informed of arrival times and was very pleasant - just wished she'd waited until after 8 AM to contact me, but that is so minor.
