Justin was very friendly, professional and helpful with the insurance claim process and helped my landlord and I replace the roof of our apartment building. He kept clear communication and helped me stay in the loop throughout the whole process, and we felt very taken care of the entire time.

Justin from NRG communicated well and showed up on time for his appointment. He used a drone to take detailed photos of our roof as we had a decent hail storm recently and wanted to make sure there wasn’t significant damage. He gave an honest assessment of the damage and although it didn’t appear we needed work this time I will happily reach out again if another storm does more damage.

Steer VERY clear of this business. I hired them to help me with the mitigation/restoration of my property. Long story short, on a $700,000+ insurance payout, they tried to leave me w/ only $85,000 of it. NRG is also trying to charge me for over $70,000 worth of work that my insurance company did not cover. My insurance company wouldn’t cover some of the charges as they said they were inflated, and instead NRG gave ME the bill. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
