Jeff Kaplan has been treating me for my neck and back. Jeff is a professional, knowledgeable and a gifted Physical Therapist. He is always able to pinpoint the origin of my pain. My pain level is getting better and my range of motion has made good progress. I still have to work on building strength with my home exercises. Jeff listens carefully and he also promptly revises any of my home exercises until it is spot on. Jeff is attentive to you while you are doing your exercises to make sure that you are doing it correctly and is encouraging throughout. He has helped me come this far and I am thankful for this. In addition, Lizzy at the front desk has always been very helpful whenever I have had any questions.
