I did not want my family to be stuck with the financial obligation of the timeshare. I decided to hire the Newton Group because it has been in business for many years with mostly great reviews. I met with a lawyer, provided by the Newton Group, who gave me options. I recieved help from the Newton Group and broker in gathering all the paperwork and documents. Proactively, I requested updates every 3 months and received a response within 2 days. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. The Newton Group and broker were true to their word. It took 1.5 years to complete the transfer of ownership. The process required patience and money. The cost was equivalent to only a couple of years of maintenance fees. I am relieved mentally, emotionally and financially. If you are tired of your timeshare, I highly recommend the Newton Group. Read more >

Newton Group did exactly what they said they would; except it took longer than originally stated. All in all - I am very pleased with this exit company and would highly recommend anyone to use Newton Group when they are considering exiting their timeshare. There was very little work on my part except for all the forms that needed to be filled out in the beginning, but once that was finished there was no additional things to do except patiently wait for the closure of the contract.
