I bought Diamond Resorts, without really realizing what I was getting into. I took my first trip and the diamond people were very helpful. However, when I increased my holdings considerably, they told me I could decline within five days. All I needed to do was call one of the two salespersons number within a short period. I tried to call the sales persons, but there phones were so loaded with messages they would not even take my message.
So, when I decided to get rid of the Diamond Resorts holdings, I did not know where to turn. I saw several advertisements for companies that would do this job for me. Like everyone else we were getting tired and fed up with the high cost of maintenance fees and, every time we tried to exchange it was always the same, week not available. We could never get what we wanted and decided to get out of the timeshare ownership. If you want to get out of your timeshare, these people are the real deal. They did everything they promised and kept me informed as to the progress being made.Yes it seems a little expensive, but i will have all my money back in about 5 years of not having to pay maintenance fees and taxes, to say nothing of the "special asessment my time share hit me with.
