We had a wonderful experience with each and every person we spoke to during the transfer process. We when into the first meeting feeling very skeptical as we had been lied to before and wasted money. But we were treated with respect and told how the process work in a logical, no run around and easy to understand manner. There was a continued line of communication throughout the process. We never sensed that we were being scammed and always assured that we would get our money back if they couldn't not complete the transfer. We think Newton Group is fantastic! We were told that they would guarantee that at the end of the process we would be completely free of all responsibility for our time share. We were skeptical...they kept their word, they told the truth. While they said it could take up to a year for the transation to be completed, ours actually took 3 months. They kept us in the loop whenever there was additional information needed. We received personal phone calls, text messages and emails with status updates frequenttly. The Newton Group did everything they said they would do. It did take a while, but they got it done. The price set was the price I paid and they never asked for more money.
