They performed what they promised It was costly but worth it in the long run. They got us out of my timeshare in 6 months. The reason for a 4 is how paperwork is handled and tracked. You need to keep track of everything you send and keep following up they have received it. All of it must be mailed/certified. Sometimes papers got lost and had to resend, Be sure to verify they have received the paperwork before moving on. They kept me updated on each step. Happy that we out of the timeshare
