Great people and settlements at reasonable fees. Just got a $20,253 balance settled for less than 50%. Lastly, they also very accommodating, making monthly payments to the creditors. Highly recommended.

Promises made-Promises kept! I am in my final stage of reducing my debt to $0 and can not say enough great things about my experience with New Era. Not only did they keep their Promises, but they were always available to solve any hiccup in the process. Nicole was always a pleasure to deal with. She always had answers to my questions and proposed resolutions when I was confused or unsure of next steps. The debt negotiaters (sorry I can't remember the names) also worked with me to find solutions to resolve specific accounts. Lastly, the made no guarantees they did not live up to.
