I was having hip pain and lower back pain and was looking for all sorts of alternatives. I had tried Chiropractic and had even been to the orthopedist and gotten a Cortizone shot. Then I found New Hope. Miraculously my insurance covered 12 sessions for the year, so I was so excited to be able to try it out. Honestly it has been a life-changing experience. Not only does my hip and lower back feel better but my overall energy and ability to take care of my children and do my job has been much more manageable since I've started these sessions. I go once a week. And look forward to that session. With an healing art form that has been around for 5000 years, resting and letting the needles open up my energy flow has been something that makes so much sense. It is so different from the doctors and the medication. So refreshing and relaxing. Try it. I did and I'm so glad I did!

Acupuncture here was such an incredible and cathartic experience. I came across acupuncture in light of some research about how it can regulate your cycles and help women with their fertility journey. I would recommend it to anyone who's on that journey as it has helped me tremendously. I would recommend checking with your insurance first as Dr Shu takes some but if yours doesn't it can get quite pricy. All in all, definitely give acupuncture a try!
