I was treated by Dr. Shui for a lingering pain in my side that no one could find an answer for. After one treatment, the pain was gone and did not return! After every treatment, I feel very relaxed and my general wellness has improved. I’m so glad I took the chance on acupuncture, and visited New Hope off the recommendation of a friend. If you are scared of needles, please DONT, you won’t feel them at all, a mosquito bite would be more painful, and so whichever pain you are dealing with…
My husband got severe hiccups (a week non stop hiccups) we tried EVERYTHING without success, I remember I came here a year ago because of some migraines and acupuncture helped me with just the first session, so we decided to try, and once again, the hiccups were gone for good. It’s been a year now since I did the acupuncture for my migraines and I haven’t had not even a mild headache. It’s life changing. Highly recommend, Junting is THE BEST in town.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Shu and the staff at New Hope. After dealing with chronic widespread pain and multiple health conditions for years (joint problems, organ pain, pots, heart palpitations, and ehlers-danlos), acupuncture has made such a difference in my quality of life as it has significantly reduced / taken away my pain. Dr. Shu does a great job at listening to your symptoms, is thorough, and has a gentle touch with needles.

I get constant headaches and backaches from constantly sitting in from of a monitor for my job. I hate taking pain pills and tried a different acupuncture clinic based on recommendation of my neighbor and had mixed results. That’s how I ended up at the New Hope acupuncture and wellness center. I Had a very different experience here. The doctor truly tried to understand my concerns and get to the root cause of the inflammation in my body. The symptoms disappeared very quickly after the first appointment and I just came back from a follow up. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

Dr. Shu has given me the most transformative health care experience I’ve had in my life and I am so grateful for her care. Her work is magic- though there are no gimmicks here. Just incredible talent, insight, and compassion for her patients. She listens to what her patients say and provides an empathetic, personalized treatment plan. I sought treatment for various inflammatory conditions including painful sinus pressure after a cold, which she alleviated completely in just one session. I referred my mom for neck pain/stiffness and she was also healed in one session. The scheduling is extremely easy, flexible, and accommodating. I’m so grateful I found this acupuncture treatment! It has mainly helped with my symptoms of anxiety. I have also found it gives me more energy and general wellness. I can’t recommend trying this enough. I only wish I’d found it sooner!
