Rachel is a great acupuncturist and Chinese medicine herbalist, I highly recommend her. She helped me overcome my chronic insomnia and hives.
After I had my son, I got insomnia very frequently. Melatonin couldn't help, so I had to rely on alcohol to fall and stay asleep. I was very lucky to find Rachel. She gave me some Chinese herbs. On the fifth day of the treatment, I could fall asleep without alcohol, although I woke up at midnight, I could fall back to sleep very soon. Thanks Rachel so much for helping me get out the postherpetic neuralgia. I had shingles in the beginning and didn't get treated successfully and later on, I had severe neurological pain. It is very intense pain, 10/10, with burning and electronic shock pain. I was waken up by the pain every night from 2 to 3 AM, and then I sprayed some pain control medication, and then after one or two hours, I can get some more sleep till 6:30AM or 7AM.
