Junting Shu has helped me tremendously with a variety of symptoms including sleeplessness, anxiety, and headaches. She also helped my teenage son with similar symptoms. She is extremely professional and the overall experience is very calming and relaxing. She listens and really cares about trying to help you to achieve your health goals. It is a refreshing change from Western medicine.

In Jan 2023 my Fitbit reported that I had an episode of AFIB. I've seen my GP & cardiologist who have some recommendations, most of which include starting low dose meds. I met Junting at a networking meeting and being a alternative healing practitioner myself, I decided to try acupuncture.

I started going to New Hope in July and since then I've had no reported AFIB episodes from my Fitbit & have no noticeable heart palpitations. I sleep better, feel an inner calmness and have more energy.

Junting brings her wisdom of Chinese medicine which goes far beyond what is trained in acupuncture school and has the skill to follow the energy making every session unique to what is presenting in that moment.

I have had 5 appointments so far and they have made a big difference with the chronic body pain i have been experiencing. Scheduling is very flexible and the practioner is genuinely interested in helping you feel better.

I personally have a needle phobia but have never had any anxiety during my appointments. I would highly recommend New Hope Acupuncture to anyone dealing with pain and who are looking for a solution.

Junting(Rachel) is an exceptional healer, after one visit it is clear that she has amazing passion and knowledge for Chinese medicine and treatments. She takes her time and asks very detailed questions, uncovering things that you might not have realized were an issue. She diagnosis's issues and treats accordingly and after 1 visit I have seen improvement. I can't wait to go back!

When I first came into acupuncture, I was scared of the needles and was unsure that it would actually work. My problems were neck pain, acne around the face/nose and back pain as well as GI problems. Immediately after the first appointment, i was able to see symptoms of my GI symptoms relieved and actually didn’t know there was something wrong with it until she told me. My acne went from mild to almost none and my back pain and neck pain is completely erased. I was recommended to go by my mom since she was also a client and I have to say, I am very impressed with the treatment(s).
