Nevada Water and Fire Restoration

Our house sustained extensive water damage in winter of 2022-2023. Nevada Fire and Water came to do the mitigation. Insurance paid for it to the tune of $18,000+. Subsequently, Tahoe Brothers rebuilt the ceilings and walls. Subsequently, it was discovered by an inspector that Nevada Fire and Water did not do as complete a job as they should have - water damage still existed in the attic and crawl space underneath the house. We contacted the company and not only did they not take responsibility for their failure, they were going to charge us another $20,000 to fix what they didn't do. By then, all the walls and ceilings and new insulation had already been replaced. We had to tear out all the insulation from the attic and crawlspace, hire another crew (911 Restoration - they did a superb job) to redo everything, plus the contractor had to replace all the insulation again.
