During this process we received absolutely the best professional, friendly, accommodating service from all of the employees of Nevada Water & Fire that tended to our issues. I wish I could remember all their names to give them credit.

Brandon the Project Manager handled our remediation in a timely manner. The crew worked hard and were very polite, respectful, and patient when dealing with the staff as well as my elderly residents. They explained everything to us and the residents and accommodated them in any way they could to make this process the least stressful on them as possible. They even handled relocating our residents to new units in the fastest moves I’ve seen.

Nevada Water and Fire is the best restoration company in Northern Nevada. Brandon and Camron did an amazing job. Brandon watched out for everything- I mean EVERYTHING. Brandon made sure the house was safe for us and our pets, that cleanup was done quickly and thoroughly and that furniture and carpet were removed carefully!! I wish I could give 100 stars!!
