We’ve now worked with Fire and Water twice, and while having multiple major leaks isn’t any fun, W&F has been great to work with both times. From the start, they are prompt and sent someone out same day to look at the damage. The first time we worked with them, they helped me navigate a home insurance claim. The second time, when it wouldn’t be covered by insurance, they listened to our concerns about price and we worked on a scope of work that fit in our budget and fixed the major issue. I joked with Jake, our Project Manager both times that I hoped we wouldn’t need his help in the future, but he was great to work with during hard times in our house!

My husband and I were/are extremely pleased and satisfied with the workers from Nevada Water & Fire Restoration! We were amazed watching Christopher and his team set up the drying tents, etc. Great teamwork!!! Bret and Mike, in their daily checks, have been very polite and helpful in this ordeal we're going through!

The project manager Kyle, came by to survey our water damaged areas and was very professional and had a warm personality. Being my first insurance claim I had a lot of questions and he was very patient and thorough in explaining their services and my options and how the claims process works between my insurance and them.

Not only was the quote prompt, but the very next day at my earliest convenience Jesse and Alex came to set up the site and begin the restoration process. They were also very professional and polite - with an outstanding spirit of service.
