You were recommended to us by a plumber to mitigate water in our crawl space. The service we received was top notch from start to finish and I understand why the plumber recommended you. Your staff are friendly and courteous and John and Kenny were amazing! The water is gone, the issue fixed and we are extremely happy. We will highly recommend NV Water and Fire Restoration. Nevada Water & Fire Restoration recently helped me to remediate damage from a water leak. I had a bad experience a couple of years back with one of the large remediation companies where they just tore everything apart and ran up the bill without allowing my input or concerns.

NWF was a totally different experience: they do not capitalize on your fears or take advantage of you in your moment of need like so many remediation companies.

NWF offered testing, professional advice and a final report at a reasonable price, while allowing me to perform the easier remediation steps and coordinate with my own put-back contractor. Leslie and Kyle are good communicators with excellent customer service skills.

What impressed me the most was the professionalism of the staff. Leslie makes a wonderful first impression for your company! And she is very knowledgeable about everything. Will explained what they were doing and followed their protocols to keep everyone safe. He is very personable and I enjoyed having him around. Highly recommend this company.
