Nevada Water and Fire Restoration were out the day we called them due to a leaking ice maker valve. Being new to the area we called Servpro first, only because we knew the name. Waited 4 day, nothing. My husband randomly called NV and they were out that day and began the work the next day. Because of the damage to the house, we had to file an insurance claim. The owner of NV Water and Fire came to my house to meet with our insurance adjuster! Mike and Joe and the rest of the crew did an awesome job of mitigating the claim. They were professional, careful and Mike even told me he treats other peoples homes like he'd want his home to be treated. I hope to never have to go thru this again, but if I do, I'll call these folks first!
