Nevada Water and Fire Restoration was referred to us by our plumber. We later learned that they are highly regarded by our insurance company also. Jacob responded within a couple hours of my call to access the damage and provided an estimate for the work. We agreed to it and a cleanup crew was out first thing in the morning to begin the task of removing the materials from under our house where a substantial leak was discovered. They worked quickly and closely with our plumber to get him access to the repair the leak, and then monitored the drying of the area affected by the water spillage. They communicated daily as the work progressed and worked around our schedules to complete it as soon as possible. I had a water leak in my crawl space, which needed drying out and a new moisture barrier. They came out the next day with an estimate and the following day to start the drying out process. When they completed it and left, I saw something on the moisture barrier I felt needed additional work. I called and they said they would be out the following week which was fine as it wasn't crucial.
