After my water heater flooded most of the first floor of my house these guys were recommended to me by my plumber. They had a technician, Jake, out same day to assess the damage. The next day a crew of three (Billy, Matt, and Tom) showed up and got to work. Everyone worked quickly and professionally and were more than willing to answer questions about the process. One more name to mention is Floyd who picked up all the equipment and was just as personal and informative. This is a great service, especially if insurance covers the bill, and I would recommend Nevada Water & Fire to my friends.

I highly recommend this company. From beginning of the job right up to the end they had my back. Their receptionist/dispatcher (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) who answered my call was friendly, understood my problem, and was able to schedule an evaluation right away. Jake evaluated the issue and was with me the whole way. He answered my call right away or called me right back each time. He communicated with my insurance company, and helped me understand the process an implications. Excellent professionalism, and very personable.
Jessie and Alex arrived right on time and didn't waste a second getting the equipment set up to drain the water, dehumidify and dry out the wet areas. They too were very professional.
I especially want to express my appreciation to Floyd who kept an eye on the project by coming to the house every day (except Sunday) to check the process....

We had hot water pipe burst issues that impacted our crawl space, subfloors, and floors. Jake did an awesome job evaluating the damages and planning the next steps to restore our home. Tyler was the team lead and he was a pleasure to deal with and did a great job explaining the fine details when needed. Thank you both for taking care of our home

Service was great Jacob was informative and helpful we had a good few teams come in to work all were extremely kind and trustworthy Jesse and Loyd were the main two I talked most with both were so helpful and respectful. Everything was great! Jacob did all the talking for us with insurance and kept us informed every step of the way.

There are many positive things to be said about this company. The immediate response time was outstanding. I called and they arrived within an hour to investigate the damage. Work began a few days later. The damage was cleaned up in one day, and then Floyd came on his daily visits to track the moisture numbers.

While not every call was returned in a timely fashion, I was able to get a satisfactory outcome to my concerns. The employees and the boss at this company are all very professional.

I will definitely use them again if another issue arises.
