Worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. The owner Andrew ruins the entire experience and is only in it for the money. We hired this company during one of the most vulnerable and stressful times in our life, when our new home experienced a damaging flood. We paid well over $8,000 out of pocket for repairs to be met with employees who don’t communicate or show up, new damages left to our home (unrelated to the flood) and an owner who likes to scream at and belittle women over the phone. My wife and I spent a total of 6 months consistently reaching out to the business for help with damages their employees left but went ignored until we submitted an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Garrett and the rest of the team at Nevada Water & Fire Restoration is team you need. We came home from a trip to find water damage to our home. Once we called the team at Nevada Water & Fire Restoration, they were on it immediately and kept us informed all through the process. From packing us out, drying it out, and completing the remediation we were kept in the loop as to what was being done to help get us back into our home.

Would I call them again, absolutely. Do I hope that I don't have to, absolutely.

The entire team at Nevada Water & Fire Restoration was professional from coming to our home, providing an estimate, bringing in fans, tear out of affected water damage, and daily check of the moisture levels. They were all great at keeping the areas clean after they completed their work. Floyd was very professional and on time for every visit. As a plumbing contractor, when I have a customer with water damage the first thing I do is call these guys! They answer the phone 24/7 and are ready to come and help out my customers. They are very good at what tey do and have great communication skills. They are professional and can be trusted to do the best restoration job possible in your time of need.

The first crew was good, but they kept changing date and time. Then the person they sent the next 3 days just rando7shows up with no appointment set. He was rude

This is the second time I needed clean up due to water damage this year. Nevada Water & Fire Restoration is amazing. I was lucky enough that Mike and his crew handled the issues both times. He has always been timely, conscientious, polite and has always respected my property. I highly recommend this company, and if you have a chance to request Chris as the project manager along with Mike and his team you will be very pleased with the results! I couldn't be happier!
