SCAMMERS!!! I called them for a MINOR amount of water that remained after a pipe broke near my crawlspace. I was charged nearly $3k for a job that took them all of two hours (including set up and tear down) and not provided an itemized bill. When I asked for an itemized bill I saw was charged $1000 for a “emergency” call out fee that I was never warned about. The work that I called them out for was not emergency in any kind of way and the damage they were repairing was over two months old and yet I was charged a $1000 “emergency” fee with no warning. The job was also scheduled and completed a WEEK after the estimate, so I have no idea how this was justified.I was also charged nearly $1000 for “anti-microbial other than ceiling “they did not apply any anti-microbial anything in my house. After the ultra-heavy snowstorms this past winter (2022), we had significant water damage inside our home from leaks and ice dams. After a couple of calls, we chose NV Water & Fire. They were spectacular in responding and performance. Jake came out within a couple of days, submitted his quote, and had Adam and his crew on-site the next week. Adam's team worked hard and thoroughly to remove any and all areas damaged by moisture.
Adam & crew were very professional, knowledgeable (and shared that knowledge), extremely hard-working, trustworthy, and pleasant. Adam's team did what they said they were going to do, and when they were going to do it.

Was very impressed by how fast the response was and the priority given to us in light of many other simultaneous jobs ongoing. The team on the ground (literally - in our crawl space) was very diligent, courteous, and professional. Garrett and Joey did a great job keeping commitments, even when there were extenuating circumstances and I felt like this was a company staffed by a team that not only cared, but was willing to go the extra mile when necessary. And most importantly, the remediation work was done with high quality and passed an independent industrial hygienist inspection the first time.
