The information provided was excellent in terms of what they were going to do. The water restoration service was excellent because it was prompt; the knowledge of management from the owner, project manager, site supervisor and workers were excellent; the professionalism displayed was unsurpassed because management moved the project along and the workers completed the work in an expeditious manner. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with the overall job.

These folks are phenomenal. I worked with Mike, Joey, and Garrett, and all of my interactions with them were efficient, professional, and respectful. Remediation isn't cheap, but with these guys you (or your insurance) get your money's worth!

So many reasons! The team took over 3 months to complete a job that should have been half of that time, never worked full days, ruined wood floors, granite top counter, pavers, wood doors stained with bleach product. Over charged the insurance company with materials and fans they used (would have far less days charged if they finished the job on time). I think the team is overworked and trying to take on too many jobs at one time and rushed the job the few hours a day they were at my home. Training seems to be an issue as the protection material they used didn't really protect the areas that were covered due to lack of precision of the tape seal. Oh and the cheap tape they used caused a 7 foot line of either stain or something on my very nice wood floors. No one could figure out how to fix them. Again, I think the team really tried and Garret one of the managers tried to make us happy...

I used this company in the spring when I was selling a house and we had water damage under the house. They were so fast to respond and had the entire job done in one week and when the inspector came out we had a clear and it saved the deal. Fast forward to now and I have a client whose condo had a flood. The company that was the preferred vendor for the insurance came out within hours of the disaster and refused to help and wrote a false report that there was no damage and left my client high and dry. Due to that the damage went from category 1 to category 3. I called this company and Jake jumped on it right away. He held my clients hand and fought for her against the insurance company and even though they gave push back and tried to deny the claim he wouldn’t take that for an answer. There was water damage to carpet, ceiling and wall of our house. Garrett responded in a very timely manner. Joey, Mike and other team members finished the mitigation process in a very professional and friendly way. It was a job well done.

I had one of those things happened I always feared. A burst pipe and needing to have my main water shut off. It happened Sunday so I waited until Monday to call initially, Jolly Rooter. When I called in I was told they would not be able to help until Thursday, but the person I spoke to was great and recommended TWP as well as giving them a heads up about me calling. I was set up with Adán. Him and his associate were an absolute pleasure to work with. Very friendly, thorough with initial inspection, and went over possible fixes after locating the issue, and found it was not the main line but something further up, so I was back to having water in my home through the rest of the process.
