I have been looking at Air purifiers for a long time but was not sold on any of the ones I saw. I was exposed to the Triad Aer at my chiropractor’s office. I was surprised when reading the sign on his office door stating that masks were not needed because of the new system of ionic purifier. All I smelled was clean fresh air and after reading the information and talking with my practitioner...I was sold! I not only left with 4 personal size but ordered the home unit as well. It arrived days later and was up and running in minutes. I Did have a problem with setting the unit too high and experienced too much ozone. After contacting the company a quick response confirmed my guess that it was “operator error”. We rectified the error and the smell was gone.
