This unit worked great, but there’s a cautionary tale to go with that. I had taken down the Triad Aer unit for cleaning. I unplugged the power from the power port as usual. When I had cleaned it, I plugged it back in and it didn’t work! The unit did not light up when I pushed the power button on. I checked where it was plugged in the back and it seemed a bit loose. I examined the port plug and there was speck of plastic missing from the plastic lining on the port plug. That almost microscopic piece kept the whole unit from working! The adapter was working fine. The green light was on. Unbelievable that that speck of plastic could cause that! The kicker is all the cords and adapter must be repurchased “to ensure the integrity of the unit. $69 plus tax. Not happy. Way too fragile.

I am so impressed with My Triad Aer because as a practitioner, I suggested the Triad Aer V3 to a couple who live near a swamp so they have mold in the air of their home. They both have lived with mold symptoms for many years but they cannot afford to relocate or remediate. Their service for their products is always top notch and seems like no matter what they treat me like family. I have whole house units for my two offices and home, and love the other accompanying units they have developed so I am safe wherever I travel.

I purchased a Triad Aer Mini at the suggestion of my homeopath. I was looking for something I could travel with in an airplane. Since that first unit purchased, I have since purchased three more to give as gifts to those that travel.

Triad Air is an awesome product that has been a life saver for us. We have pets and a wood fireplace in our house and with this product the air is better than being outside. Nothing we have tried can compare to this. We are currently on our second generation product from this company. When we needed replacement parts for our first unit, the company stepped up and allowed a generous discount/promotion for us to upgrade to the newer technology. The process was smooth and pleasurable. We will definitely be long term customers of Randy and this company.

I Love My Triad Go. I use it in my work place then I take it with me to my car. Order came fast.

We have not been sick with anything since we got the unit. My husband had one Covid shot and I have not had any. So I’m thinking this unit might have made the difference.

Security I have the wearable Triad which I love it work’s especially when I’m around people with Vapes. I have the Go sitting on my Desk at work people are coughing getting sick but my Go clears the Air (Aer) keeping me Safe and Sound

I have been very happy with my unit. I bought it to help manage basement dampness and unpleasant odor. It worked just like he said it would!! Neutralized the air but even better, I believe it CLEANED the air. I love the research they provide to back up the Triad aer’s efficacy. Will never be without my unit!
