This unit worked great, but there’s a cautionary tale to go with that. I had taken down the Triad Aer unit for cleaning. I unplugged the power from the power port as usual. When I had cleaned it, I plugged it back in and it didn’t work! The unit did not light up when I pushed the power button on. I checked where it was plugged in the back and it seemed a bit loose. I examined the port plug and there was speck of plastic missing from the plastic lining on the port plug. That almost microscopic piece kept the whole unit from working! The adapter was working fine. The green light was on. Unbelievable that that speck of plastic could cause that! The kicker is all the cords and adapter must be repurchased “to ensure the integrity of the unit. $69 plus tax. Not happy. Way too fragile.

Elizabeth - thank you for telling us about your experience with your Triad Aer machine. We are disappointed that the unit failed you like that. In the six years I have been with the company and handling customer service, this is the first time I have heard of such an incident. I hope the machine continues to serve you and your loved ones with clean, fresh air, without any further major incidents. All the best, Randy and Mike of MyTriadAer.com
