My Pet's Brace was so professional and patient with me as I was making decisions on how I was going to handle my dogs torn ACLs, since she was 12 years old and I was getting pressure from a surgeon to repair her ACLs via surgery. My dog had an old tear in her left leg and a new tear in the right. Because of her age and slight heart condition, I decided to do 2 rounds of PRP one month apart and go to my pet's brace and get her a custom fitted braces for both her knees. With this combination of treatment, my dog avoided surgery and healed up beautifully. She is now 13 years old and able to skip down the street like she used to without having surgery and no longer needs the braces. My Pet's Brace receives 5+ stars IMO times TWO! When our lab mix tore her first ACL we were devasted. So thankful someone told us about My Pets Brace. They were aces and reassuring ... I felt this alternative to surgery was going to work, and it did.
It definitely takes discipline and a change in what was normal activity to make it work. During the recovery she tore her other hind leg which is very common. We were recommended to My Pets Brace by our orthopedic surgeon who did surgery on our girls right hind leg 4 years ago. Bella is now 12 yrs old and has a torn AC on her left hind leg. We were not happy about surgery so we went to Tom's River to have her fitted for a brace. Nancy was very helpful in the whole process. So far Bella is doing good. She still has a few more months to go until her course of treatment is completed (8-9 months are recommended) so I am hoping she keeps doing so good and we get a good result.
