My family had a great experience working with Nancy and Jill at My Pet's Brace NJ. They were kind and helpful when we brought both of our dogs in, as well as not pushy whatsoever in regard to selling their products. Nancy and Jill were both great with customer service when our dog's braces needed adjustments. The team even sent a handwritten card with a photo once they were notified our dog recently passed away. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a custom brace for their animal.

This facility is over an hour away from us but they are so worth it. The custom brace works better than any of the non-custom braces we tried. And their professionalism and compassion were the absolute cherry on top. Can't say enough good things.

Extreme and friendly warm atmosphere the nicest people you wanna meet so caring and wanted you not to worry went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and thanks to them. My dog is getting along fine walking which I thought wasn’t going to be. I give this place a 200 at least.

Working with My Pets Brace was very easy. Although I’m located near the Pittsburgh office we had a vacation scheduled in NJ so they were able to fit Reggie in for his fitting. They walked us through everything thoroughly and Reggie is quickly adjusting to life with the brace.

It was a very pleasant experience for our Jackson as well as my husband and myself. We love the staff.

The whole experience was quick and easy! Loved that when I got to the office I did not have to put my dog under any extra stress with having other dogs in the office, one dog scheduled at a time .
