Nancy and Becky at My Pet's Brace in NJ are fantastic. Extremely professional, calm, and compassionate. This is our dogs second ccl tear, I wish we had known about this Brace option before we had the costly and invasive surgery the first time. We worked with Nancy and she was thorough, patient, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely concerned for our dog. I had a lot of questions and she didn’t seem annoyed by my calls (and follow up calls). Personnel are friendly. experienced and cover all my questions. The brace arrived on time and is engineered to be mistake proof.
