My Pets Brace

Nancy is awesome and there is no doubt that she loves what she does. She was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She even educated us while we were there on the food best for my dog. Nancy is just a genuine person with a great personality and I am grateful for the opportunity to talk with her when ever I have a question or concern.
The drive is over an hour from my home and worth every minute.

We worked with Nancy and she was thorough, patient, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely concerned for our dog. I had a lot of questions and she didn’t seem annoyed by my calls (and follow up calls). I can’t thank her enough for that. They were able to expedite the make of our brace due to the injuries my dog has incurred. I thank Clayton and his team for making the brace. I talked with Becky a few times too and she was equally as pleasant. Nancy called to see how settled in after a few days. We have has a great experience so far. I’m sure it will continue.

Personnel are friendly. experienced and cover all my questions. The brace arrived on time and is engineered to be mistake proof. I have been using it for two weeks and it is accepted by my dog from day one. It is too soon to expect it to have an impact. We are in it for the long haul and looking forward. The dog uses it more each day.
