Both mine and my pets experience to My Pets Brace was quick and very satisfying. The process was straightforward and stress-free. I can’t recall the women’s name but you could tell that it’s not only her career but her passion as well.

Fantastic I would say they are the upmost, friendly, caring, and thorough as you could possibly be . That goes for the whole staff. They double double check EVERYTHING to make sure the dog is OK. You can tell that they love the dogs , and my dog loves them. I wouldn’t recommend any other place if you have any trouble, they help you Anyway they can I think they go above and beyond you have two dogs I called them angels for them dogs

Amazing staff ,great product this is my second brace my dog tore both her ACLs the cost $16,000 and risk for surgery was not an option these braces allowed my baby to thrive.

When our nearly 13 year old puppy tore his (second) CCL, we were devastated thinking about putting him through surgery again at his age. Our vet recommended My Pet’s Brace for a custom-made brace. The folks at My Pet’s Brace are terrific, and the process was rapid and smooth. We’re about a month in and so far so good! Really grateful to have this option for our best boy. ❤️

The brace fits perfectly. At first, of course, she didn’t like it and was walking funny, but within a day she started walking and standing normally with the brace on. We gradually increased the amount of time she wore it. Now, she wants it on first thing before she goes out in the morning as it enables her to walk and do her business comfortably. It’s been several weeks now and we allow her to take a couple of low-rise steps on our outdoor walkway. She actually wants to do the low-rise steps on her own, but waits for us to pick her up for the higher-rise steps. Our vet prescribed half a dose of 75 mg carpofen daily to reduce inflammation and pain that we give to her as needed before bed.

The brace made my Bernese Mountain dog Duke happy again. He depends on it now. My Pet's Brace people were super helpful and professional. We love them!

People are very knowledgeable and explained what the process was to make a cast of my dog’s rear legs for the customer braces to be made. Would have given 5 stars if the warranty was longer than 4 months. For the cost I would have expected a year even 6 months would have been acceptable.
