The staff at the Tom's River office were very professional and knowledgeable. Nancy in particular was very good and answered all of our questions. I have since called her with a question about my dog limping after I take the brace off and she explained the reason for that and eased my mind. I am thrilled our experience with My Pet’s Brace! Professional from start to finish and the product is amazing. My dog is 13yrs old, tore her CCL, surgery wasn’t an option, and she was so sad lying around; having to rely on us to help her up with a harness. She is now practicing using the brace in short intervals (increasing steadily!)and she is so happy, wagging her tail while wearing it.
