Following the super user friendly FLOW in their self serve platform allowed me to easily upload everything I needed in just minutes. Not to mention, Lauren followed up quickly to remind me of documents from last tax season suggesting that I may have forgotten a few of them. This was incredibly helpful and really shows the attention to detail that this team has when it comes to serving their customers.
